About Us
Bridging generations to foster a lifetime of wellness. We empower children and seniors
to share knowledge, creating healthier, more connected communities.
What is AIGHEO
The Ambe Intergenerational Health Empowerment Organization is a non-profit initiative to promote health and wellness across generations.
The organization was formed in Rillaar, Belgium, to bridge the critical gap in health literacy that often leaves both the youngest and oldest members of our society vulnerable.
By creating a collaborative ecosystem, we transform health management from an isolated task into a shared community experience, rooted in the heart of Europe but designed for a global impact.
Our Mission
our mission is to empower children and seniors with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health and well-being.
Through educational workshops, digital resources, and intergenerational mentorship, AIGHEO ensures that wellness knowledge flows freely between generations, building a stronger, more resilient future for all.
Our Vision
Our vision is to become a global catalyst for a future where health empowerment and wellness tools are accessible to every individual, regardless of age.
Our entire team wants to see a world where children and seniors thrive together in a connected community of mutual support. By bridging the gap between generations, we envision a reality where every child begins life with a foundation of vitality and every senior lives with the dignity, tools, and social connection they deserve.
Our Approach
We don’t only imagine solutions — we build them on evidence.
Every AIGHEO project follows a clear, research-based process to ensure meaningful, practical, and fundable results.
Research & Evidence
We explore global health research to understand key challenges faced by children and seniors — from nutrition and hygiene to mobility and mental health.
Problem Definition
We identify specific, actionable problems within local communities and design targeted, high-impact interventions based on the evidence we gather.
Project Development
We turn that research into real, practical projects — like cooking workshops, balance classes, hygiene lessons, and community gardens.
